Art as a path to sustainability: An Erasmus+ Learning Mobility in Tenerife
From 6 to 11 July 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme, our school teacher’s, Georgios Thodis’, participation in the training course “Art and Nature: A Sustainable Approach for All Teachers”, organised by Europass Teacher Academy in Tenerife, Spain, offered a unique opportunity for professional development and international collaboration. The course explored the connection between art, nature, and education, presenting innovative teaching approaches that can be adapted across different subjects and educational contexts. Its main objective was to demonstrate how artistic expression can become a powerful tool for promoting environmental awareness, sustainability, and active student engagement.
